Why two bedrooms, not three
Two bedrooms is the size that actually gets used every night. Three- and four-bedroom oceanfront rentals command higher rates but sit half-empty for the entire stay. Our layout is the one snowbird couples, small families, and relocating professionals return to year after year.

- How many people can stay?
- The residence sleeps four comfortably — a king in the primary suite and a queen in the guest room. It is not set up for larger groups, and that is deliberate: this is a residence, not an event space.
- What floor is the residence on?
- A high floor with unobstructed, direct oceanfront views from the private balcony, living room, primary bedroom, and kitchen. The sunrise is the room's best feature.
- Is the beach truly private?
- The residence is on a private-access strip of Hutchinson Island beach reserved for the building. You walk out of the elevator, through the pool deck, and onto the sand — no crossing a public road.
- Can I work from here?
- Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a dedicated dining table that doubles as a workspace, and the balcony as your second office. Remote-work guests are one of our most common stays.
- How do I book?
- Check dates on the availability page, then reserve directly with the owner — no booking platform fees, no service charges. Deposits are held via the standard rental agreement.
