Our Beachfront Oasis is not a portfolio, a management company, or a hotel program. It is one residence, cared for by its owners.
We bought this residence years ago because we could not find one like it. Direct oceanfront, quietly luxurious, in a building that had aged with dignity. We furnished it the way we would want to live in it — natural wood, soft navy, warm white, real linens, a real kitchen — and offered it to guests who wanted the same.
Today, most of our stays come from returning corporate clients, snowbird families we know by name, and referrals from other guests. We keep the residence to monthly stays only because it is the only way to protect the standard of care that makes guests come back.
You will always reach us personally. That is the point.

- Why do you only accept monthly stays?
- A minimum stay of 30 nights lets us maintain the standard of care — deep cleans between guests, hands-on maintenance, and personal communication — that short turnover rentals cannot match. It is also what our HOA and the surrounding community prefer.
- Do you list on Airbnb and Vrbo?
- Yes. Our live calendar syncs with every channel we list on, so double bookings are impossible. Booking direct through this site avoids third-party service fees and unlocks seasonal, extended-stay, and returning-guest discounts.
- How do I get in touch with the owners?
- Every inquiry submitted through the reservation form reaches the owners directly, usually with a reply within 24 hours. For anything time-sensitive, you can also call or text 305-975-7836.
