Pricing is customized to your dates. Ask about our seasonal, extended-stay, and returning-guest discounts — mention it in the notes below and we’ll include it in your quote. The calendar is our live booking calendar , and booked dates are disabled automatically.

- How does the reservation process work?
- Submit the reservation request form with your dates and party details. The owners personally review every request — usually within 24 hours — and reply with a custom quote and a secure, single-use booking link. Nothing is charged until you complete checkout through that link.
- How much does it cost per month?
- Pricing is customized to your dates and length of stay. Peak snowbird months (December through April) are priced higher than off-season months. Seasonal, extended-stay, and returning-guest discounts are available — mention what you are looking for in the notes and we will include it in your quote.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Because we only accept monthly stays and take a single reservation off the calendar for you, cancellation terms are set in the rental agreement you sign before payment. Most guests protect their trip with travel insurance; we are happy to recommend providers.
- Is a security deposit required?
- Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected with the balance and returned after checkout, less any documented damages. The amount is included in your quote.
- Can I bring pets?
- The building's HOA does not allow guest pets. Registered service animals are accommodated in line with the ADA — please mention this in your reservation notes so we can coordinate paperwork with the HOA in advance.
- Do you accept payment plans?
- For stays booked well in advance, split payments (a deposit now, balance closer to arrival) are usually available. Ask in the notes on your reservation request and we will include the schedule with your quote.
