- Why don't you list nightly or monthly prices online?
- Rates vary by season, length of stay, availability, and booking channel. Every stay is quoted personally so you receive the most accurate price for your exact dates — including any seasonal, extended-stay, or returning-guest consideration.
- Are utilities included?
- Yes. Electric, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, and building amenities are all included in the monthly rate. There are no surprise fees.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Direct bookings receive a flexible policy: full refund if canceled 60+ days before arrival. Corporate bookings may qualify for customized terms. Credit Surcharge will not be refunded.
- Do you offer discounts for 60+ night stays?
- Yes. Stays of 60 nights or longer receive a preferred rate. Nuclear outage teams and repeat corporate clients receive additional consideration.
