- Is this different from an Airbnb?
- Yes. Our Beachfront Oasis is a single privately owned residence with a 30-night minimum — not a short-term vacation rental. You book directly with the owner, there are no cleaning surges between short stays, and the residence is furnished to residential (not turnover) standard.
- Can I book for three months or more?
- Yes. Snowbird and relocation guests routinely book 60, 90, and 120 nights. Multi-month stays receive a preferred rate — reach out for a custom quote.
- Are pets allowed?
- The residence is not pet-friendly at this time. This keeps the space allergy-safe for every guest.
- What is included besides the residence?
- Two heated oceanfront pools, private beach access, covered parking, elevator, and 24/7 building security. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and weekly linen service are all included in the monthly rate.
