Answers for your stay
- How do I check availability?
- Visit our Availability page to view our live calendar, which syncs with our Airbnb booking calendar. Booked dates are disabled automatically. Then submit your requested dates through the Reserve Your Stay form.
- Why aren't rates listed on the website?
- Rates vary by season, length of stay, availability, and booking channel. Please submit your requested dates and we'll confirm availability and provide a personalized monthly quote — often better than the public channels.
- How do I request a quote?
- Use the Reserve Your Stay form to submit your dates, party size, and any notes. Every reservation is personally reviewed. Once approved, you'll receive your own unique, single-use booking link with your custom quote, including any available seasonal or long-stay discounts.
- What is the minimum stay?
- Thirty (30) nights. This is a monthly residence — we do not offer nightly or weekly stays.
- How many guests can stay?
- The residence comfortably sleeps four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- Are utilities and Wi-Fi included?
- Yes. Electric, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, and building amenities are all included. There are no surprise fees.
- Do you allow pets?
- The residence is not pet-friendly, in keeping with building policy. Please contact us with any specific needs.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Direct bookings receive a flexible policy: full refund if canceled 60+ days before arrival. Corporate bookings may qualify for customized terms. Credit surcharge will not be refunded.
- Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
- Yes. Stays of 60 nights or longer receive a preferred rate. Snowbirds, relocation guests, nuclear outage teams, and repeat corporate clients receive additional consideration — mention it in the notes when you request a quote.
- Where is the residence located?
- On Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, Florida — a quiet barrier island on the Treasure Coast with turquoise Atlantic water and uncrowded beaches, roughly halfway between Palm Beach and the Space Coast.
